How do I teach myself to love playing sports or going to the gym on a regular basis?








Maintain a journal of recording your feelings on why to go to gym or to play sports etc..

Write the feelings after doing it. use 21 day rule of continuous doing and you will be accoustmed to it by then.

find someone who is already doing maintaning fit by physical activities.

check your performance weekly put a target and try to acheive it.
